Position Inverter
Use the Position Inverter in ScriptCompiler to flip funscript position values and create inverted stroke patterns.
Overview
The Position Inverter tool flips the position values of selected points. Points at 0 become 100, points at 100 become 0, and points in between are inverted proportionally.
How It Works
The formula is simple: new_position = 100 - original_position
| Original | Inverted |
|---|---|
| 0 | 100 |
| 25 | 75 |
| 50 | 50 |
| 75 | 25 |
| 100 | 0 |
Points at position 50 remain unchanged since 100 - 50 = 50.
Use Cases
Correct Inverted Patterns
If you created a pattern that feels inverted compared to the video action, use this tool to flip it.
Create Variations
Invert a section to create a variation of an existing pattern. Combined with copying, this can quickly generate complementary movements.
Device Calibration
Some devices interpret positions differently. If your script plays inverted on a particular device, apply the inverter to the entire script.
